How can I add Unreal Asset to my project ?chevron
Extract the zip that you have downloaded from Cosmos. Under the Unreal folder there will be a Rocket folder. Copy and paste the Rocket folder to your Content.
How can I import an Unreal Environment to my project ?chevron
To import an Unreal Environment to your project, follow these steps:
  • Navigate to the main folder containing the environment files. This folder is typically located within the Content directory of your Unreal Engine project.
  • Right-click on the main folder and select "Migrate" from the context menu.
  • A window will pop up displaying the assets within the folder you selected. Choose the assets you want to migrate by checking the boxes next to them.
  • Once you've selected the assets, click "OK" or "Migrate" to proceed.
  • Navigate to your destination project's Content directory in the file browser that appears.
  • Select the Content directory of your destination project as the destination for the migration.
  • Click "OK" or "Migrate" to initiate the migration process.
  • Unreal Engine will copy the selected assets from the source project to the Content directory of your destination project.
  • Once the migration is complete, you can access the imported environment assets in your destination project and begin using them in your scenes.

What is your refund or return policy for the products?chevron
A refund will only be granted if 48 hours have elapsed since the purchase, the product has not been used for any purpose and you have a justifiable reason. Otherwise we reserve the right not to refund. However, in exceptional cases such as quality issues or download problems, you can contact our support team.
How do I cancel my subscription?chevron
Here's how to cancel your automatic renewal for your subscription managed through Xsolla:
  • Head to Your Xsolla Account: Visit https://account.xsolla.com. If you don't have an account yet, sign up using the email address associated with your subscription billing. Otherwise, simply log in.

Cosmos will support Charity monthly with 3% of its net profit. Cosmos will support different charity funds, starting with WWF ( World Wild Fund for Nature ) and then more Global and local Charity funds, mostly related to nature, animals, and development. If you would like to get proof of Charity payments, please contact us.
What does No AI mean?chevron
We have a curated marketplace in Cosmos, and we believe AI should not take over artists' works for commercial purposes without their permits. We value artists' works, and as artists, we know how hard it is to reach that point to create high-quality works. That is why we do not use AI in our models and textures in Cosmos. We also try to eliminate the works made by different publishers using AI in the approval process.
If I cancel my premium subscription, will I keep the free products I received with my premium subscription?chevron
