1. PurposeThe Cosmos review system exists to provide transparent, experience-based feedback that helps users evaluate products accurately. Reviews are intended to reflect real usage, set clear expectations, and maintain trust across the Cosmos marketplace.
2. General Principles
  • Reviews must be written in good faith and based on the reviewer’s own experience.
  • Both positive and negative reviews are allowed.
  • A review’s rating alone is not a reason for moderation.
  • Reviews should aim to inform other users rather than influence outcomes.
3. Eligibility to Submit ReviewsA user may submit a review only if:
  • The product was legitimately obtained through Cosmos via purchase, redeemed code, or official free distribution.
  • The product is associated with the reviewer’s Cosmos account.
  • The product has not been refunded. Reviews for refunded products may be removed.
  • The reviewer is not the publisher of the product and is not directly affiliated with the publisher.
Reviews from publishers, employees, contractors, partners, or close associates of the publisher are not permitted.
4. Accepted ReviewsA review is considered acceptable if it:
  • Clearly relates to the product being reviewed.
  • It is based on actual usage or testing.
  • Uses respectful and non-abusive language.
  • Does not violate privacy, security, or applicable laws.
Critical or negative feedback is allowed when it is factual, relevant, and constructive.

  • Extreme ratings may be flagged for additional review.
7. Publisher Responses
  • Publishers may submit one public response per review.
  • Responses must be professional, respectful, and solution-oriented.
  • Publishers may not request review removal, offer incentives, or intimidate reviewers.
8. Moderation Process
